We want you to love every piece. If you're not completely delighted, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging.
How to return
- Email hello@karohiaura.com with your order ID and reason
- Our team will arrange a reverse pickup or share a return address
- Refund is processed within 5–7 business days of receipt

- Damaged, altered or worn items
- Items without original packaging
